The prices shown in the Pesca Si catalog include VAT. In the event of an error in the price shown and the item being out of stock, the shop reserves the right not to deliver and will notify the customer.

Right of withdrawal: in the event that the goods differ substantially from those advertised on the site or to the customer's expectations, the latter can exercise the right of withdrawal within 10 days of receiving the product. A necessary condition for the exercise of this right is the substantial integrity of the product and packaging. The return of the product is the responsibility of the customer as well as the transport costs for the return except in the case of hidden defects.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. to our address indicating the manifestation of exercising the right of withdrawal (Legislative Decree 185/99 of 22 May 1999, implementing community directive 97/07/EC) and providing:
- The progressive order code (IDO) indicated on the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of online purchase and on the order summary page. The product code for which you decide to exercise the right of withdrawal.
- Personal data (surname, name, address, telephone, number and holder of the bank account on which to make the reimbursement, ABI and CAB codes of the bank), in order to allow us to make a bank transfer and then communicate it via e-mail , excluding shipping costs.

Warranty: The duration of the warranty offered by Pesca Si is that offered by the manufacturers. If this is more than one year it will be specified in the product technical data sheet. The warranty will not be activated if the customer has carried out repairs or modifications to the product without our authorization. To take advantage of the guarantee, the goods must be sent to our headquarters with shipping costs paid by the customer. The guarantee is activated from the date of dispatch of the goods.

Information on the payment method and shipping

Payment can be made by advance bank transfer or Pay Pal. Shipping takes place via SDA express courier with a cost contribution of EUR 12.00 per shipment. For the regions of Sicily, Sardinia and Calabria the shipping cost contribution will be increased by 3 Euros. Orders will be shipped within 24/48 hours from Monday to Friday, anticipated by confirmation email.
